Supporting health and wellbeing

Supporting health and wellbeing in Sandwell.

Health and wellbeing is such an important aspect of family life, here at Barnardo's we have a dedicated team that can help to support you from pre-birth all the way through into parenthood. With our links and partnership working with midwifery, health visitors, Breast Feeding Network and many more, we can provide you with important information, guidance and support to help through those early years.

If you are a parent/carer or family member who is struggling with your mental health and/or wellbeing, we can look at the best support for you. This may be a dedicated programme, support to access another service or just linking with others in the same position. We are always looking at new services to offer to support needs, so speak to us and we can see how we can help.
