Supporting Families

Trained family support teams in Sandwell.

Our trained family support teams are here to support you either as a standalone service (Early Help) or part of a wider support network (under the umbrella of Multi Agency Early Help). We can provide either 1:1 support within the home or in small groups at one of our Family Hubs. We can support the development of positive behaviours and clear boundaries which will have a positive impact on your child's or young person's development and learning. We can also support to improve your awareness of the different organisations in Sandwell so you know where to go for specific help to gain the skills, techniques, and strategies for you to feel confident as a parent/carer whether that be to support with budgeting, healthier lifestyles, coping with daily life, and/or managing routines.

Our teams can work with you to support from new-born to 19-year-olds (25 years where there is SEND).

Our offer

Our Family Support teams are based in each town with dedicated and experienced team members. Our service is accessible and flexible to meet you and your child/young person's needs with links in the local communities to widen your support networks.
